Our Monferrato DOP Novello “Primiera” is the result of a specific winemaking method called “carbonic maceration” and it is precisely thanks to this way of production that it can be put on sale a few months after the harvest. Typical of the autumn/winter period, Novello is a ready-to-drink wine designed for daily consumption and characterized by great ease of pairing.
